To complete your application, please follow these two simple steps.
- Choose the certification level you desire and complete payment process.
- After completing your payment, fax or scan then email copies of any qualifying certifications or seminar completion diplomas to us so that we may complete your registration promptly. To email us use our contact form. Fax copies to 855-837-8420.
Your acceptance will be confirmed within 3 business days. Your certification will be mailed on the same day as you receive your notification of acceptance. If for any reason your application is denied, your refund payment will be processed simultaneous with your notification within 3 business days.
